Straight answers.

Yes — both types run through the same system. Weekly service stops use the service-note flow. Construction jobs use the full proposal, scope, change order, and punch list flow.
Yes — PoolRole is web-responsive and works on any smartphone. Techs can log readings and notes from the phone browser at each stop. Dedicated crew clock-in is on the roadmap for Q1 2027.
You can log readings as part of a service note on any visit. There's no structured chemical-tracking dashboard yet — that's being evaluated for a future release.
Not yet. QuickBooks sync is planned for Q1 2027. You can export invoices as CSV or PDF today and import them manually into your accounting software.
E-signature is not available today. Customers approve estimates via a text or email link. Native e-sign is on the roadmap.
PoolRole is fully web-responsive and works on any phone or tablet browser without an app download. A dedicated native app is planned for a future release.
